S. K. Offset Launches IPO to Support Expansion and Growth

23 September 2026: S.K. Offset Limited’s IPO is scheduled for subscription from 23 to 25 September 2026, according to StockGro’s published issue details. The printing and packaging company plans to raise approximately INR 29.06 crore through a BSE SME offering, principally to fund working capital and purchase machinery for its Meerut facility.

S.K. Offset IPO: price band and proposed listing

StockGro’s IPO report lists a book-built offering of 23.25 lakh shares, including the market-maker reservation, at a price band of INR 119-125 per share. Each share has a face value of INR 10. The reported issue value of approximately INR 29.06 crore assumes pricing at the upper end of the band. Report gives 30 September 2026 as the scheduled BSE SME listing date.

Working capital accounts for the larger allocation

The reported spending plan allocates INR 2.11 crore to plant and machinery at Meerut and INR 18.6592 crore, approximately INR 18.66 crore, to incremental working capital. General corporate purposes form another stated use of proceeds.

This allocation makes working capital the larger specified funding requirement. The offer should therefore not be described simply as a machinery-led expansion. Nor does the proposed allocation establish that S.K. Offset has already bought or commissioned new equipment.

For readers comparing equipment investment with operating finance, Screen Print India’s report on Cardbox’s folding-carton finishing investment describes a separate installation aimed at a production bottleneck. It is an industry example, not a supplier or project connection to S.K. Offset.

A business spanning books, labels and cartons

S.K. Offset’s official company website traces the business to a printing press established in 2007. Its listed activities include book printing, labels, folding cartons, litho-laminated cartons and corrugated cartons. These categories place the business across publishing-related print and product packaging rather than a single commercial-printing niche.

The company’s presence across commercial printing, publishing, labels and packaging reflects the increasingly diversified nature of the Indian printing industry. Printers are expanding beyond conventional print jobs into higher-value areas such as packaging, labels and customised printed products, driven by demand from consumer goods, publishing, education and other industries.

What the offer means for printing businesses

S.K. Offset plans to use the funds raised through its IPO primarily to support its business expansion and operational requirements. Around Rs.2.11 crore is proposed for capital expenditure towards the purchase of new plant and machinery at its Meerut facility. A substantial Rs.18.66 crore is earmarked for incremental working capital requirements, helping the company manage inventory, receivables, vendor payments and growing business volumes. The remaining proceeds will be utilised for general corporate purposes and other business requirements.
