Vasit Prints: Dynamic Duo’s Journey from Inspiration to Achieving Milestones

Inspiration is the source of one’s career. For me it’s my husband Siddhuraju who was working as printing manager for 25 years in one of the leading factory in Tirupur. In 2014, we started with trading of transfer stickers, after a year or so Siddhuraju was confident to print much better quality with more varieties so we decided to have our own printing unit in 2015. With our printing experience and expertise we plan to produce unique transfer sticker technology for garment industry, a segment where very few people are producing and majority are importing.
We started our journey in the year 2016 with four tables at a rented place. Siddhuraju’s 25 years of experience, boosted our morale to put up a facility of manual machines and performing direct fabric printing. Looking at our quality, customers began enquiring whether we do fabric printing. Thereby our orders started increasing with our speciality printing and customer service.
In year 2018, we installed 2 manual machines with 10 colour capabilities, where we produce extraordinary print quality and designs, which automatic machine cannot print. With our quality of fabric printing and transfer stickers we were successful in building up confidence among our customers and started adding more offerings in our basket.
Due to our thirst to deliver more new variety to our valued customers, we imported few machines from Germany and Italy for special effect transfer stickers and focused on producing high quality and density transfer stickers with various varieties, which really add value to the garment manufacturer. We purchased a plot of land in the year 2020 and started building our own facility, which is 35,000 sq. ft. area, expected to be completed by 2023.
Today we are having capacity of 1 lakh transfer stickers per day and 10,000 pices direct fabric printing as well. We plan to expand our capacity and double the production by 2025. We have a workforce strength of 70 and 25 other staff members who are our pillars. We provide accommodation to all members of the workforce with food facility to give them a homely environment.

This served as a challenge for us to develop transfer stickers as well as direct printing but we achieve that by our strong R&D and experienced technocrats.

At Vasit Prints we believe that the growth of our business is due to our valued customers and our quick service of required samples and executing their orders on time. I learned from my visits abroad that Indian printers give the best quality with best price and timely delivery may be the key factor to attract more importers.
Today we are having more than 250 satisfied customers in India and abroad who appreciate our quality and services. We are manufacturing various variety of transfer stickers for multinational brands like Puma, Lee, Wrangler, Ck, Pepe Jeans, Diesel, S O’liver and many more, also major domestic brands like Dollar, Spykar, Mufti, Indian Terrain, etc.
We believe in preserving nature and think about global environmental conditions. We are also producing eco-friendly transfer stickers with certification which gives us a major leadership position and enables us to cater to more business. The textile industry is strictly following the norms too.
We know that garment industry has huge scope for variety of work from knitting, dyeing, printing, stitching, packing where anyone can do wonder as in the coming times in India, garment sector will be booming.
I personally look after the production, finance and HR as Siddhuraju manages new developments and marketing. We both are satisfied with what we deliver today to the garment industry. We are proud to build the Vasit brand as a speciality transfer sticker manufacturer in small town of Tirupur, Tamilnadu for our existing and future customers.
What is your USP in the sphere of garment printing ?
We love to work with challenges and since we are essentially in the fashion driven market, everyone will always be looking for something new. We can proudly say that a few of the transfer stickers from Vasit Prints are exclusive and no one else can make them. Only we are able to develop it, that is Multi Colour High Density and Multi Colour High Density on High Density (HD on HD). That matches our slogan – We Transfer Your Imagination. It is this ability that we have developed over the years, to create something special and raise benchmarks even higher that makes Vasit Prints a preferred print service provider for global and local brands alike.
