xTool X1 All-in-One Laser Platform Debuts in Düsseldorf

31 August 2026: xTool launched the xTool X1 all-in-one laser platform on 28 August 2026 in Düsseldorf, Germany, alongside its first SME Summit. The system combines CO2 and diode lasers with gantry and galvo motion, while optional fibre, MOPA and UV modules widen material support. For small production shops, the pitch is fewer separate machines and one shared workflow.

What does the xTool X1 all-in-one laser platform combine ?

The X1 pairs a 55W CO2 laser head with a galvo head containing a 20W diode laser. Its Hybrid Motion system coordinates a conventional gantry with galvo scanning across four axes. xTool says this setup can process at speeds of up to 6,000 mm/s while retaining a wide-format work area.

How does Laser Swap expand material support ?

The built-in CO2 and diode sources cover the base configuration. Through its Laser Swap architecture, xTool says owners can add 30W fibre, 60W MOPA and 5W UV modules, routing each source through a shared optical path and central galvo head.

That mix is meant to let one machine cut or mark a wider range of materials. Actual compatibility will still depend on the fitted laser, material composition, thickness and operating settings. xTool has not yet published enough public detail to compare the X1’s output with separate specialist machines.

A cast frame built for high-speed motion

xTool says the UniCast frame uses automotive-grade aluminium alloy formed by 4,000-ton high-pressure die casting. Three large cast structures replace nearly 100 assembled parts and more than 268 screws, according to the company. The design aims to limit alignment variation under fast movement and repeated heating, though long-term performance has not been independently reported.

The Düsseldorf event also included xTool’s first SME Summit, where creators and small-business operators discussed production and sales. xTool US General Manager Stein presented the company’s connected equipment approach, while Vincent Nguyen, editor-in-chief and co-owner of The Gadgeteer, moderated a panel on tools and creator income.
