Azonprinter Launches CubeJet Funeral Edition UV Printer

03 September 2026: The CubeJet Funeral Edition UV printer is a new Azonprinter system for personalising urns, keepsake boxes, grave markers, candle holders and other memorial products. The company says the machine combines direct-to-object UV printing with rotary handling, layered texture and selective gloss effects across rigid and curved items.

What the CubeJet Funeral Edition UV printer does

Azonprinter says the system can print graphics on rounded urns and other shaped objects, build tactile elements through layered gloss and combine matte surfaces with selected high-gloss details.

Azonprinter’s current Matrix Cube Jet product page confirms that the underlying platform supports a rotary adapter for cylindrical and conical objects, CMYK plus white and gloss inks, and printing on objects up to 40cm high. The page does not separately list the Funeral Edition’s table size, production speed or price.

Which memorial products and materials are covered ?

The launch material names urns, pet urns, keepsake boxes, grave markers, candle holders and larger monument products across the wider Funeral Edition range. Claimed substrate options include granite, ceramic, polished metal, natural wood, glass, plastic and biodegradable urn pods.

Those material claims still require application testing. Adhesion, primer choice, UV dose, surface cleanliness and object geometry can all affect durability. Curved items also need a suitable fixture and clearance around the rotary unit. Screen Print India has previously covered Azonprinter’s tall-object UV systems and the company’s layered UV printing for Braille.

How tactile and rotary printing fit the application

Raised gloss layers can add names, symbols, feathers, paw prints or tactile markers to a memorial object. Rotary printing can wrap artwork around a cylindrical or tapered surface. Azonprinter describes the process as continuous 360-degree printing, but buyers should test seam alignment and distortion on their own urn shapes before accepting production work.

Direct-to-object UV printing is also used in signage, promotional goods and decorative production. Recent systems such as Epson’s compact UV flatbed printer combine white ink, varnish and multi-layer output, while industrial UV flatbeds target larger boards and higher throughput. The CubeJet Funeral Edition is differentiated by its stated memorial-product workflow rather than UV curing alone.

What buyers should verify

  • maximum object diameter, height and weight on the rotary attachment;
  • adhesion and scratch resistance on each urn or plaque material;
  • colour and white-ink consistency on dark and transparent surfaces;
  • layer height, curing time and safe handling for tactile effects;
  • RIP support, fixtures, maintenance, service and consumable costs.

Azonprinter also announced a demonstration programme under which prospective users can submit an object and artwork for a sample. The terms, shipping responsibility and availability should be confirmed directly with the company.
