PackPlus South 2026 Sets Bengaluru Dates for Packaging Show
03 November 2026: PackPlus South 2026 will take place on 3-5 December 2026 at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC) in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Organised by RX India, the exhibition will bring packaging, printing and converting suppliers together, giving trade buyers an opportunity to compare equipment and materials.
The official visitor page promotes more than 200 packaging and printing brands, alongside live running machines, product demonstrations and business matchmaking. The brand figure describes the organiser’s pre-show promotion, not a confirmed exhibitor total or a measure of completed attendance.
For background on the event’s packaging and printing focus, see Screen Print India’s earlier PackPlus South 2024 preview.
What will PackPlus South 2026 cover?
PackPlus South 2026 covers packaging machinery, materials and converting equipment. The organiser’s exhibitor profile lists rigid and flexible packaging, corrugated box-making machinery, coding and marking systems, label printing equipment and end-of-line packaging.
Printing categories include flexographic, gravure, offset and screen printing presses. The listed consumables include paper, film, foil and inks, while food production and processing equipment also form part of the advertised scope. These categories describe the show’s intended range; they do not establish which individual machine models exhibitors will demonstrate.
Print Fair and Supply Plus extend the range
The co-located Print Fair is scheduled for the same dates and venue. Its published profile includes digital and offset presses, wide-format printers, flexographic and gravure technologies, screen printing machines and finishing equipment. Prepress solutions, laminating systems and foil-stamping equipment also appear among its categories.
Print Fair’s categories extend to paper cutting, die punching, rigid box-making and ultraviolet (UV) curing systems. The overlap allows buyers to consider print preparation, decoration and post-press requirements within the same planned visit.
For printers considering packaging applications, our guide to screen printing for packaging provides related process background, separate from the event’s exhibitor programme.
Supply Plus covers logistics, warehousing and distribution, including material handling, protective packaging and automation. Its profile also lists barcodes and radio frequency identification (RFID). Readers following identification and product-information requirements can find related background in our smart packaging compliance guide.
Supply Plus also lists weighing and testing equipment, picking and storage systems, software and cold-chain services. That gives packaging teams a reason to consider downstream handling needs alongside print and converting equipment, rather than assess each stage of a production line separately.
Who is the exhibition aimed at?
The exhibition targets printers, converters, corrugators and packaging buyers. The visitor information also identifies decision-makers from pharmaceuticals and chemicals, food and beverages, garments and textiles, personal care products and logistics.
For production and purchasing teams, the advertised demonstrations offer a chance to discuss equipment requirements with suppliers. Visitors should distinguish the broad product categories from confirmed supplier offerings when planning meetings or assessing a particular process.
Packaging demand provides the backdrop
In a report announcement dated 23 March 2026, Avendus Capital projected that India’s packaging industry would reach USD 92 billion by financial year 2030, with approximately 9% compound annual growth over five years.
Avendus links that outlook to demand from sectors including food and beverages, pharmaceuticals, personal care and e-commerce. The estimate provides national market context for the exhibition; it is not a forecast of business generated at PackPlus South.
